At EcoEase, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 14-day return policy ( From time of delivery ) for defective or damaged items.
To initiate a return, customers must first contact our support team to obtain a (Customer Return Number). Once approved, the customer must write the Customer Return Number in black permanent marker on the edge or side of the package in a clearly visible space. This helps expedite the return process for our warehouse team. Be sure to keep a record of the number for reference in case you need to correspond with customer support.
The item must be shipped to our return warehouse at (see bottom of page for address), and the return package must have a postal date that falls within the 14-day return window. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and have a defect due to manufacturing issues or shipping mishaps. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that are used, damaged due to customer misuse, or no longer in their original condition. Additionally, our return policy only applies to items purchased directly from EcoEase and does not override any manufacturer warranties that may cover the product. If the issue falls under the manufacturer’s warranty, we encourage customers to contact the manufacturer for a resolution.
Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected by an EcoEase team member. If approved, we will issue either a refund or a replacement item of equal value, based on the customer’s preference. Please note that the return process may take between 2 to 4 weeks, depending on processing times. We apologize for any delays and appreciate your patience as we work to ensure a fair and transparent resolution that meets your needs. At EcoEase, customer satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to making the return process as smooth as possible.
